Undorító! Alattomos!!! Sunyi!! Inkorrekt!! Rémélem egyszer más munka után kell néznie minden végrehajtó maffiának!!!! 924e tartozásra, 899e forintot számolt fel! El akarják venni a lakásom!!!!

Rendesek voltak. Mert dolgozom és nem tudtam volna elintezni az ügyet (tartozás) így telefonon elinteztem a reszletfizut. Lehetett.

Vigyàzzanak vele!!!! 48 hónapra kötöttünk szerződést. Minden hónap időben be lett fizetve... Szerződés lejàrtakor kiderült, hogy több a tartozàs, mint szerződéskötéskor (amiben az àll, hogy minden kamatot és felmerülő költséget tartalmaz)... Mindenki kerülje, nehogy úgy jàrjon, mint én. Amikor közöltük velük, hogy ez, hogyan lehetséges és nem fogjuk annyiban hagyni rànk ba..tàk a telefont......

Egy kedves ès segítőkèsz Úrral beszèltem. Ebben a fázisban a lehetősègek már igen kötöttek. Ha valakit költözès, rossz cím bármi miatt nem èrnek el az eleshet a jogorvoslattól. Kibocsájtott vègzèssel szemben esetleg kèzbesítèsi vèlelem megdöntèse lehet megoldás (tartozás tudomásra jutásától számított 15 napon belül) de akkor ha ellentmondás van a kèrt összegre akkor polgári per lesz. Èrdemes kommunikálni, megállapodást keresni mert egy teljes állami apparátussal szemben (fizetès letiltas, inkasszo) nem cèlszerű szembe menni. Aki időt nyer, èletet nyer de a kamatok addig is ketyegnek. Sok sikert mindenkinek!

Itt tévedés volt mivel az Ollári - Kutasi végrehajtokrol akartam véleményt írni amely a következő. Hataskörükkel vissza élve inkasszoval és munkáltató jövedelem letiltásâval olyan követelést vontak le többszörösen amely már rég nem aktuális mivel ki lett fizetve. Ez ideig közel 800 ezer forint körül karositottak meg illetve ez kifejezetten lopás ahogy írtam a hatáskörükkel vissza élve.A kifizetett igazolást az alábbi képen látható.
