We visited Dr. Derm Clinic in Budapest and had a truly excellent experience. From the very beginning, the consultation was extremely professional. It was clear that Dr. Varju has a high level of expertise and a very deep understanding of laser treatments. We immediately felt that we were in very capable hands. My husband decided to go ahead with a fractional CO₂ laser treatment right away, while I chose to wait and observe the results first. After just a few weeks, the improvement in his skin is already very noticeable – it looks smoother, fresher, and overall more radiant. You can clearly see a rejuvenating effect, and the process is still ongoing. Based on this experience, I have now decided to undergo the treatment as well. What also impressed us is the wide range of advanced laser technologies available at the clinic. We did quite extensive research in both Hungary and Austria, and in our opinion, Dr. Derm is truly among the top addresses for laser treatments in Europe. The facility is Good and easy to find, The equipment they are using is modern.They have a very accommodating staff all of them a kind same with the doctor very professional.They had a good customer service, I had my spider veins treatment and it has a good result in one session.

This clinic is not recommended for English speakers in Hungary. They didn’t provide any details related to pricing and discounts on their website, and I was misinformed in my first session (adding the nurse was barely speaking any English), then when I asked for a +1 session. They rejected to provide it. How I would know something you didn’t clarify in the first place.

Please be aware of this place. If I could give it negative stars, I would. First, the 40k consultation, which is already higher than average in Budapest, is for one dermatological topic only. They may discuss a second topic for an additional 10k, and that is how far their generosity goes. Curiously, you only learn this when you arrive at your appointment and is given a form to fill out and sign. Read the small letters, this is how I found out. Second, I have learned to manage my expectations when getting any type of service in Budapest, but the lack of care from their doctor was appalling. Imagine charging 40k for a few minutes with a patient and barely looking at their face. The doctor suggested two types of treatment with ZERO guarantee of results (they actually make you sign a term aknowledging you take full responsibility for the treatment yourself). When I found another clinic that offered one of the treatments for a better price, they refused me the second treatment entirely. When I questioned why, they told me they could not guarantee the same results if I did not make the whole treatment with them, because I guess you can go lower than zero, right?
