I am giving this store such a low rate beacuse of the customer service. The girl at the front desk was really nice but the person making the inserts was rude and had a horrible attitude, overall i left the shop feeling very angry at how i was treated! The worker had a belittling attitude, and clearly had a problem with me. He kept speaking under his breath and overall very hostile! Not a nice experience, definitely not coming back! To clarify the product is fine, majority of the employees were pleasent, except for that one worker . So if you dont mind a bad attitude, this is the place for you..🙂

I have a problem with an ankle so my orthopedic. send me to this place to get a plantar. The "english speaker" of the place speaks barely understandable english and understands almost nothing. They did not really customize anything or care that the plantar would fit my shoes. They did not really explain me how this will fix my problem. They did not tell me any price until the moment of paying. 2 plantar is 19000 huf. This is the typical medical hungarian mafia. Avoid if you can.
