I did my yearly medical check- up there and I am super satisfied. Everything was organized very well, staff there is super friendly and professional (from receptionists to doctors). I do not speak Hungarian but in case a doctor did not speak English, there was always a person available who translated it. Examinations were done very carefully and properly. And everything was explained to me very well, so that I did understand my results (which is not the case with every doctor from my experiences in the past in other places). I will do my check-up there again next year.

Pros: - some of the staff has been very good - accepts international insurance Improvements needed: Excessive time in the waiting room. For the premium price we shouldn't have to wait so long...

The medical service provided was good, but they already had delays in the morning. What I found outrageous was that they wanted to charge me a much higher fee because I did not have an active Hungarian health insurance card (they wanted to charge €500 instead of 42000 HUF, the price of the treatment listed on their webpage), which I find an unacceptable practice in the internal market of the European Union (especially since this is a private health care provider that has nothing to do with the public health insurance system of the country). I have never experienced such treatment by any other private health care provider in Hungary. If you are not in possession of an active Hungarian health insurance card, I would definitely recommend that you go elsewhere to avoid such discriminative treatment.

I have been to Dr. Rose on and off for 15 years. It is ultra expensive, unorganized, and purely profit driven over patient health. If you go there, be prepared to have things dragged out to increase fees and have no questions answered. They will encourage their expensive services over freely provided services. And good luck if you have international health insurance. They will accept nothing but cash on the spot. And they will even tell you no payment is due, then send you a bill. There is literally no duty of care to patients. Every single doctor they have works at a local Hungarian hospital. Same care for free or a quarter of the price. I have nothing positive to say about them. If the hippocratic oath is to due no harm, they miss the mark by a mile.
