staff were so rude! not helpful at all, my friend purchased something and paid for the wrong hat and 10 seconds later tried to return for them to say they don’t do returns?

Bad company, rude staff. Wouldn't give me a refund for some brand new shoes I bought from them which I had the receipt for and were returning within 5 days!!! After many arguments, I had to settle for a gift card, which I have to spend before December! Bad company.
