really unpleasant service . People still sitting in the pub with drinks (full drinks). They didn't let us in because they said they were closed. The opening hours were still 1 hour.

Walked in with a pal, received a beer menu, lots of choice. Then it got odd, another two pals joined us at the table and the atmosphere dropped through the floor. The lady behind the bar started giving us daggers and the waiter all of a sudden became nonchalant and rude. There were a lot of foreigners in the bar and I’m guessing that was their trigger point. Service became impossible, waiter refused to serve and then grudgingly only agreed to only half the request for drinks. Whatever you do don’t ask for service, I did and he nearly bit my head off! Meanwhile the lady behind the bar continued to stare aggressively. It was becoming something you only hear about in conversations about legendary poor service. We were told her bar was closed and yet others walked in and got served. That was the catalyst to get the hell out of there. It ain’t cheap and there are alternatives but if you like a challenge and enjoy service with a grimace and a grunt this is for you. Good luck!

Food was good- that is important to note. The three stars is for service, specifically and older waiter, wasn’t so friendly perhaps because we are Americans. I noticed him treating/serving others who were either locals or not Americans much more friendly and with better service.

A great location by the river to stop off for trying a variety of European beverages. We didn't try the food but it looked well presented and smelt very tasty. The staff were welcoming and quick to help us with our order. If you sit near the window you may get a stunning view of the bridges. The prices on the menu were quite reasonable too. The place has wheelchair and changing facilities. The mens toilet however is just urinals so you may have to wait for the disabled toilet.
