Évek óta járok ide, mivel az orvosi rendelő mellett vannak, de maguktól nem ajánlottak fel kedvezményes vásárlói kártyát, nekem kellett kérnem és csak 5 %-os. A Gyöngy Patikáknál ekkor derült ki számomra, hogy külön társulások vannak, az ember azt hinné, hogy ugyanazon a néven működő patikák egy vállalkozás alá tartoznak, de ez nem így van. Most a volt fehérneműs üzletet ami évek óta üresen áll, felújítják és ide fog költözni a gyógyszertár. Ezt az építő munkásoktól tudom, a gyógyszertárban sehol nincs feltüntetve és nem is közlik, hogy költöznek.

Precíz, gyors kiszolgálás! A gyógyszertárba belépve türelem és mosolygás fogad, a hölgyek mindig készségesen segítenek a problémáim megoldásában! A választék széleskörű! Ha tehetem, csak ide járok!

A legjobb patika a XVI. kerületben, meg szerintem még azon túl is. Mindig minden van, ha nem lenne, egy nap alatt beszerzik. Ha van valami kisebb probléma, amire nem találok gyógyszert, tudnak ajánlani recept nélküli cuccot és nem kell orvoshoz menni. A legfontosabb, hogy mindenki iszonyatosan kedves, közvetlen és segítőkész, mosolygós, jó a hangulat, szívesen megy oda az ember. Összeszokott csapat:). Üdv, BI

There are about 5 pharmacies close by to where I live, this is the closest. However, I avoid it as much as I can, only go there if it's an emergency. Here are the main reasons: 1. This place is more expensive then the others around 2. For reasons beyond my comprehension, there is almost always a queue, and the service is incredibly slow. 3. The pharmacists seem to always be different ones, and it is impossible to get a smile from any of them. Some of them, middle aged women, even seem very disturbed by us bothering them with our medicine needs and always display an air of superiority mixed with boredom that I can't explain. I wouldn't have bothered to write a review, I would just go to the others, were it not for today's (July 15, 2020, around 16.30) situation (when I write this, we are in the middle of the Corona pandemic, and wearing masks is compulsory in shops and closed spaces). I entered the pharmacy, wearing a mask (as requested on the door). Inside, one pharmacist was serving me, the other one was chit-chatting with a customer-friend. None of the three was wearing a mask. Nagyon kedves a személyzet, ha kell, tanácsokkal is segítenek. Ennek ellenére már nem járok oda, mert 10-ből 8 esetben rendelni kell legalább 1 terméket és vissza kell menni másnap. Ez heti szinten nem kivitelezhető.
