Műemlék, eklektikus stílusú épület. Az épületet 3 utca határolja: a Váci utca, Türr és Aranykéz utca. Gazdagon díszített homlokzata valódi ékköve a belvárosnak, bár a Váci utcáról csak kevesek térnek le, hogy a kovácsoltvas utánzatú díszítését észrevegyék. Az Anna cafe mellett legutóbb az MKB Bank működött a földszintjén. Remélhetőleg hamar új gazdára talál az épület, és nem hagyják az állagát leromlani.
