Really pathetic service and the staff keeps talking during their working hours and keeps customer waiting for one hour. Very rude behavior, keeps laughing and passing jokes on customers.

Worst service in history. Don’t recommend anyone who can’t speak Hungarian going there. Very unfriendly to English speaking people. You can get a number there in English there indeed, but so what? Obviously, they won’t call your number unless they get every Hungarian business done, even those who come after you.

They don’t speak any helpful English. Try to meet Norbert or else you’re in for a terrible experience

I chose english speaking service and waited for over half an hour. Also, you dont know where you are in the que cause they dont call out number in english or have any screen showing it. Tried asking another one who answered/mumled without understanding my question. Horrible experience and wasted time.

They don’t give appropriate service at all. You should wait a long time if you choose english language and they don’t speak english. They don’t sometimes read your number and they don’t work after 3 unofficially. So disappointed
