Walking into this place feels like stepping back in time in the best possible way. You go downstairs into a small workshop where all the magic happens. It’s a family business where premium Hungarian goose down duvets and pillows are handmade to order, and you can choose from different filling qualities depending on your preferences and budget. Tamás helped me find the perfect combination for my needs. His lovely parents were there in the workshop, carefully making everything by hand. My order was ready within just one day, and they vacuum-packed everything and delivered it directly to my hotel. I bought four pillows and one double duvet. Thanks to the vacuum packaging, everything fit into one large suitcase and only took up about half of the space. I’ve now been sleeping with the pillows and duvet for a month, and I can honestly say they are the highest-quality bedding I’ve ever owned. The comfort is incredible, and every night I’m reminded that it was one of the best purchases I made on my trip. So stuck at an Airbnb with horrible pillows don’t sweat it go to this place go buy yourself a handmade Hungarian goose pillow and enjoy your stay at your Airbnb. That’s what we did and the best part of it. We also picked up some comforters and this place was willing to ship it back to the states in our case for free so when we’re done with our Airbnb stay, we’re just gonna go back to his little shop he’ll vacuum pack our pillows and ship them back to the United States. This is a legit place. It’s in a basement been around forever father son mother business. We slept like King’s last night. Thank you so much guys.

I echo the reviews of others, this place is a gem, everything about the experience was special, not to mention the wonderful comforter and pillows I took home with me from Hungary. Tamas explained the options very clearly and transparently, along with the prices, which are very fair and reasonable considering the quality and workmanship. It’s comforting to pay for something and know that it’s going towards high-quality materials and labor, rather than for a marketing and distribution budget and/or overhead of a large corporation. I hope that we return somewhat to a time where people are more concerned about the origins and quality of not just their food but other items we consume and buy.

There was a time when it seemed that every city had at its core a large community of real experts, makers of all sorts of material things - furniture, food, fabrics, jewellery... They knew everything there was to know about their work and this gave them a particular kind of self respect and dignity. I felt fortunate in these encounters. They are rather rare now but today I once more felt that thrill face to face with THE REAL THING! Tamas Szanto and his family run this business many generations old , the tasks shared between them. They still occupy the same old basement with the most rickety staircase ever seen. Everything is still made by hand. Feathers, exquisite Hungarian goose down to be precise, still the finest in the world, take to the air in flurries with every step and settle again on every surface, in our hair, on our clothes. This is a real workshop, a place of knowledge and skill and the last word in comfort results All this and it's affordable! Paradise
