Telefonon érdeklődtem, egy kiöregedett hangú néni vette fel , félretette a kagylót, megkérdezte a kolléganőt egy tök másik gyógyszerről mint amit kérdeztem, a kollganőt is hallottam, hogy nincs, majd amikor visszavette a kagylót még mondta neki"hát ezért most hátra nem megyek megnézni hogy van-e" köszönöm, remek ügyfélkiszolgálás, soha nem fogok itt vásárolni, másnak sem ajánlom....

Nem azt kaptam amit kértem! Jól megvezettek, bement a raktárba és odaadta mint ha az lenne amit kértem, előtte egyértelműen mondtam, h azt nem kérem ami kint tornyosul a pulton. Minden az eladásról szól.... A pult az, ami mögött állva kiszolgálnak... Nem írtam dátumot... Sajnos nem kevertem össze önöket senkivel...!

Senkinek se ajánlom a helyet! 800 ft-os helyben készítős, receptes orrcseppet 2600 Ft-ért adtak. Amikor rákérdeztem mégis miért ilyen drága náluk, ami máshol 800 Ft, közölte, hogy ő nem hajlandó 800 Ft-ért megcsinálni semmit, és különben is, minden összetevőt, amiből csak 1 grammot is felhasznált teljes egységáron kifizettetett ezért ennyi. Mondván ő a maradékot már nem használja fel máshoz....na ne nevettessen. Ha felbont egy literes folyadékot, és felhasznál 10 ml-t, nem hiszem el, hogy a többit kiönti.

Felhaborito, hogy egy allergias/gyulladasos panaszra kepesek tajekoztatas nelkul kozeli lejarat elotti termeket adni. Mikor felveszem veluk a kapcsolatot, meg nekik all feljebb, hogy nyugodtan hasznalhato a lejarati idon tul is. Senkinek sem ajanlom ezt a helyet.

Mindig kedvesek, segítőkészek. Nagyon szeretem ezt a hagyományos gyógyszerész hozzáállást, nagy szakmai tapasztalatot.
