Legtöbb esetben náluk vásárolok mert segítőkészek és 1-2 gyógyszertárhoz viszonyítva olcsóbbak is. Ha nincs a gyógyszer készleten ,mindig megtesznek mindent hogy be tudják szerezni. Jó tanácsokkal is ellátnak ha bármi kérdés felmerül.

Este 7 után telefonáltam: készségesen, türelmesen válaszoltak mindenre. Általában nincsenek sokan, a kiszolgálás kedves, előfordult, hogy másik patikából jöttünk át ide, megtaláltuk, amit kerestünk.

Rendkívül karót nyelt ügyintézés, valószínűleg nem a visszatérő vásárlókra szeretnének támaszkodni hosszú távon. Szerencsére van számos konkurens gyógyszertár a környéken, úgyhogy legalább kipróbáltuk őket is.

Felhívtam őket telefonon, hogy érdeklődjek egy gyógyszerrecept kiváltásával kapcsolatban, de segítség helyett csak annyit mondott a telefon végén a nő (meg se hallgatott), hogy neki erre nincs ideje, áll előtte a sor és letettük a telefont. Ez a viselkedés elfogadhatatlan!!!! Ha áll előtte a sor, akkor miért veszi fel a telefon? Ha felveszi a telefont és nem tud érdemben segíteni, akkor miért nem kér el egy telefonszámot és hív vissza egy neki alkalmas időpontban??? Nagyot csalódtam! Emberségből elégtelen!!!
