Very helpful, they spoke English, and helped us to find a solution

I am a british tourist, i went in there to get some pain relief for my girlfriend and i was spoken to very rude when i asked the women behind the counter. She also said she couldnt understand my english even though i am English! I would also like to add that the item that i was requesting was some gel for muscle relief. I did not need a prescription for it. Please avoid this place at all costs

We asked for a cough syrup for a 14 month old baby, without any antipyretic ingredients. The pharmacist first recommended us nurofen. We told her again that the baby has no fever and we just need organic cough syrup. She than gave us Robitussin, which is as we read later for children between 2-12 years (containing Dextromethorphan, an often misused drug with harmful side effects…). Unfortunately no reliable medical consultation…
