Ez a gyönyörű épület 1901-ben épült, Erzsébetfalva vàrosrészben, Pflum György vàllalkozó és építészmester tervezésében.Az L - alakú épület udvaràn a Pflum Mozgó-ban vetítettek először mozgóképeket Magyarorszàgon. Működött itt még dodzsem, vendéglő kerthelység, szaletli (kerti pavilonnal) tàncparkett és kuglizó. Jelenleg könyvesbolt üzemel benne.
