Elnézésre került a foglalás (részünkről), mégis olyan hozzáállással találkoztunk, ami minden elvárásunkat felülmúlta. Itt valóban fontos a vendég.

Booked a time, there was no one on site. The number on the door didn’t work. Found a number on the website and they answered and offered a different time the same day. That didn’t work for me. Really bad to offer booking during times they aren’t available.

We (3 adults and kids 13 & 15) visited both rooms and had lots of fun solving the riddels, finding the hints and opening the secret locks. Good themes. Teamwork has to get better, than all of us tried to solve every puzzel solo :D
