While the lines at the buffet can be huge, all cash registers are kept open and working, so it is certainly not the cinema's fault. Prices of refreshments are high but that’s what you get in almost every cinema. The screening rooms are always clean, and the seats are very comfortable plus they can be adjusted. Overall, it leaves a great impression, and I thoroughly enjoy watching a movie here every time I visit.

Etele Plaza Cinema is a modern and comfortable cinema inside Etele Plaza, easy to reach and convenient if you are already shopping or spending time in the mall. The halls feel clean and well maintained, seats are comfortable, and both sound and picture quality are very good. Ticket prices are standard for this type of cinema, and buying tickets in advance is a good idea during busier hours. Overall, a pleasant place to watch a movie in Budapest, especially if you want everything in one organized location.

paid for premium, sat in the seat which was already drenched in an unknown liquid. watched the whole movie with wet trousers. staff refused to acknowledge fault or compensate me. manager decided to seek conflict with me instead of resolving the situation. i have never in my life met someone so incompetent at their job. never again. this is anything but premium.

None of the lifts were working. Only 1 end of the escalators were working. The underground carpark was closed.. They closed the exit on our upper Level5 carpark while we were there too. And this was all on March 15th a public holiday. Atrocious.

I've been here a handful of times, and I have to say; it's near perfect! The seats are miles better than the ones that can be found at Cinema City's cinemas. The price for the tickets and snacks are pretty reasonable, and even cheap, depending how you look at it. The staff are overall very friendly and I haven't had any issues so far. The only complaint that I have is that the movie is sometimes VERY loud. Louder than the norm, I mean. The rest of the cinema is pretty sensory friendly, but this just... isn't it. This may not be an issue for most people but as someone with autism, I recommend for neurodivergent people to bring a pair of earplugs or headphones with them. Other than that, I can only recommend this place and the mall as a whole! <3
