Lot of great 11kw (or 22) EV charger, for 180huf/kWh which is on the lower side in Hungary.

Parking Ripoff! When you enter via the parking entrance, a sign says you get free parking for an hour if you dowload the app. But its only after you park when you can download it if you dont want to block traffic on the street in front of the entrance. But doing so will disqualify you from getting free parking because that according to Etele plaza's policy should be done before you drive in. I've recorded an official complaint at the information desk but ignoring the law they still to this date did not got back to me with any compensation nor an apology. To add insult to injury I went there on a Sunday when the parking is free in the neighboring streets but they still demanded money from me. Worst mall parking in Budapest. If this happened to you as well and are pissed enough to sue them then let me know. We can make it into a class action lawsuit.

Broken system, doesn’t print tickets anymore and the parking machine cant accept custom or foreign car plates! Wasted half hr to get staff to open ramp, every second car seems to have some kind of problem! No idea who thought to save few cents on printing papers and make people unhappy and waste time for parking! Better turn off some lights on facade on night to save money than irritate people with parking!

No proper instruction for payment and its only free with app. You assume its free for 3 hours, go to exit and surprise. Not helpful staff tells you to pay and can't take yhe payment. Leslave your car in the mid of the exit and walk back to pay lol
