The entire process was quick, smooth, and very straightforward. The tax fee was quite reasonable, especially considering the amount of money we withdrew. What really stood out was the staff.. She was incredibly friendly, genuinely helpful, and even made the experience enjoyable with her positive and light-hearted attitude. Everything was handled efficiently, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

This was the only exchange office still open until 9 PM, while all the others had already closed at 7. We were so happy to find it, because we really needed to change money. The staff was extremely friendly, super helpful, and everything was handled right on the spot. Such a positive experience – highly recommended!

good place to exchange money. good rates and quick. a tad hard to find. the window is outside, don’t go in the hotel. next door to the red outdoor restaurant.

Amanda was super helpful and explained us the charges clearly and told us the final amount we would get. I exchanged at western union and got pathetic exchange rates. It's open from 9am to 9pm Highly recommend this place
