All three times i had to use the western union services at this exchange house i never had problems - until today. I gave the old man in the counter the needed information and he started (and i cannot state this more clear) SCREAMING at me that the receiver's account was in Brazilian Currency. It wasnt. I gave him the IBAN of the receivers account, so it was a european/euro account. Instead of listening, he kept typing Brazil in the receiver's country (ofc it will show up brazilian currency). Then I left while he was still screaming and making faces. I dont need anyone screaming at me instead of listening and doing their work correctly. I will come back tomorrow and hopefully it will be the other gentleman or the woman who work in there.
