Too big commission eg 10% with 50€ exchange

Maximo Racedo Aragon 9 months ago

Terrible service. The exchange rate on the board is not what they actually charge, they add a very large commission. The cashier was rude to me when I asked why I received less money.

Diego Gomes a year ago

Faizal Ade 2 years ago

Be careful they do not inform you about how will they change your currency!!! We wanted change kuna to euro and they first changed kuna to forint then forint to euro without any warning!!! And they charged us twice for the exchange without further warning! Of course no information about this on their website nor from the lady at the cashier could give us proper answer only yelling at the customer…
