Sunday trading is allowed in Hungary: supermarket chains such as Tesco, Spar, Lidl, Aldi, Penny and Auchan usually open Monday to Saturday from 6:00 or 7:00 to 20:00–21:00, with shorter Sunday hours, and shopping centres from about 10:00 to 20:00–21:00. Smaller shops typically open 9:00 or 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays and until 13:00 on Saturdays, and many close on Sundays. Budapest District XII is one of Budapest's 23 districts. Life in the capital moves at a big-city pace: businesses often keep longer hours than in smaller towns, many shops, bars and restaurants stay open late, and nonstop shops serve customers around the clock. The Danube banks, Buda Castle and Andrássy út are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Széchenyi, Gellért and Rudas baths and the ruin bars of District VII draw visitors all year. Public transport is run by BKK, with four metro lines, trams, buses and the HÉV suburban railway; on Friday afternoons and before long weekends the roads out of the city jam up, so leave extra time. In Budapest, BKK passes and tickets can be bought in the BudapestGO app, and parking in the centre is charged by zone, typically on weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00.

Borzasztó élmény volt. Az eladó nő elképesztően kellemetlenül viselkedik, már én szégyelltem magam. Többet nem megyek!

Ma elmentem megnézni a pozitív vélemények okán a turit. Vártam a kedves eladót, jó árakat. Egyik sem volt.A hely nyomasztó, sötét. A néni savanyú. Izgalmas dolgok nincsenek benne. Csak kp lehet fizetni. Blokk/számla nincs.

A shop full of everything, an Aladdins Cave, a treasure trove. The owner realised I didn’t speak Hungarian, she didn’t speak much English. Waiting to pay , she was on the phone.Suddenly, she handed it to me..and I realise she has got her friend o relative to translate for me. I used to work for John Lewis, but even they can’t better that level of service My best experience so far in the city
