Overall, the machines are fine. That’s about the only positive thing I can say. The trainers, on the other hand, are rude as hell. I’ve seen them interrupt members mid-workout and tell them to step away from a machine just so their trainee can use it. They literally expect paying members to stand up and remove their towel because they’re running a session. That’s completely unacceptable. I seen this happened multiple times, and judging by other feedback, I’m clearly not the only one experiencing it. At this point, management needs to stop ignoring it and start investing in properly training their trainers. The attitude problem is obvious. Basic gym etiquette is not complicated: if a machine is occupied, you wait. Or you adjust the workout. Or you move to another exercise targeting the same muscle group. What you don’t do is act like you own the place and push members aside. A trainer’s job is to be professional and respectful. Instead, what I’ve seen is entitlement and arrogance. Having a title does not give anyone authority over other members. Professionalism is shown through behavior, not a job label. Independent members are also paying customers - and potential clients. The gym is adequate, although it lacks natural light. Navigating to the facility can be somewhat confusing for first-time visitors. The premises were clean, and toiletries, towels, and other amenities were provided.

I went to this gym for five years. In terms of equipment and wellness I had no complaints. It has almost everything you need. What really struck me is the low level of customer service. Nearly every employee they had was insufferable. Not a single smile or a friendly greeting. I understand that they have extremely low salaries. But I don’t want to see grumpy, salty, lifeless faces every day I come to the gym. What truly made me decide to quit was one of their receptionists. She didn’t want to validate my parking tickets because at that time I had a 3-month membership. I was going to have a surgery with a 3-month recovery so I didn’t want to commit to a longer period in the gym. They only validate tickets for members who have annual memberships. Please note that up to that point I had annual memberships for 4 years in a row. What’s crazy is that my wife already had an active one-year membership that I paid for. I even emphasized it to the receptionist. I already paid not just for myself, but for my wife’s annual membership. So why wouldn’t they let me validate the parking ticket? So pathetic and short-sighted. They’ve lost a loyal gym member. P.S. For anyone considering this gym,

Joining F&M Fitness and More has been a fantastic experience! This gym offers everything I need to stay motivated and committed to my fitness goals. The facility is always clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern machines, free weights, and plenty of space for functional workouts. One of my favorite features is the sauna – it’s the perfect way to relax and unwind after a tough workout. It’s such a bonus to have that extra touch of wellness alongside the fitness side of things. The staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Whether I need help with equipment, advice on my training plan, or just a bit of encouragement, they’re always there to support me. The atmosphere is welcoming and positive. Everyone, from beginners to experienced gym-goers, feels comfortable here. It’s a place where you can work on your goals without any judgment. If you’re looking for a gym that offers top-quality equipment, a friendly vibe, and extra perks like a sauna, F&M Fitness and More is the place to be. Highly recommend!

You know these kind of places that “filter” their audience through high prices? This is one of them. It is one of the most expensive gyms in town, with hidden fees (3000HUF for the card) and even higher monthly fee after the first month. That said, it is extremely clean and has a decent variety of good quality machines, and a nice wellness area. No pool.
