Very unfriendly service, she didn't examine my entire skin, seemed to want to finish the service as quickly as possible and even charged me an extra 4,000 HUF to speak briefly in English about the products I asked about. Even the order, the doctor prescribed 1 product and was irritated by having to write my name on the prescription, rushed. It wasn't worth the price I paid, very hostile service.

I had an appointment at 2pm. Went there politely 5 min before 2. Sat down was given the form to fill, no warning of delay or any issue. Half an hour later I asked when was my turn coming, she said I needed to wait. 20 min later asked again, she reluctantly said the doctor was 40 min late in the morning hence the delay. I was not offered a glass of water or coffee or just an apology, nothing. After 1 hour 20 min all together I left 😤

They only take cash. No cards or prepayment. And when you get there, the price inevitably goes up. So if you have the cash on hand, great. If not, someone has to go to an ATM or bring it to you. The services aren’t bad. The people are nice. But this policy is absolutely nonsense in 2022. It’s not 1997.

Unprofessional, to say the least. The receptionists are unfriendly, the owner cannot be reached whatsoever. They don´t take responsibility of their poor quality work, as soon as one walks out from this clinic, they cannot be bothered anymore. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
