I am very satisfied with the kind of service i received from feszl optica. The staff were very accomodating and helpful, from choosing the right frame that fits my budget, down the adjusting/ fitting of the lenses from my broken eyeglasses to the new frame. The service was fast too.. I highly recommend them for you eyewear needs.

Turns out the Hungarian sun is relentless, especially when you’re stuck on vacation with only prescription glasses and wild dreams of sunglasses. I’m wandering Budapest with my brother, roasting and pretty much blind every time I even think about putting on shades. Desperation led us to Feszl Optica, praying for just a sliver of luck, or at least some contact lenses. At first, the answer is nope. Nothing in my strength and no time to get some ordered before heading home. Just as I’m about to embrace another week of heroic squinting, the optician suddenly lights up. She disappears behind the counter and starts rifling through drawers like she’s looking for buried treasure. Out comes a secret stash of sample contact lenses. Not quite my prescription, but suddenly I can both see and survive the Hungarian sun. They didn’t ask for anything in return. Not a single forint, not even a promise to recommend them. Just an act of everyday heroism, delivered with a smile. If you want to experience kindness shining brighter than summer in Budapest, this is your place. Thank you, Feszl Optica, for saving my holiday and my eyesight. Five stars and my eternal gratitude!

Absolutely a pleasant surprise! I came here twice to fix my glasses and purchase contact lenses. The broken frame was returned to me in perfect condition the following day (lightning speed!) The staff were professional and remained patient with me every time I visited. For such quality services, I found the fees they charge quite reasonable.
