Before visiting a store like this, it helps to know exactly what you are looking for; naming the model or brand saves time. Card, phone and contactless payments work almost everywhere. Keep the receipt, as you will need it to return an item or make a complaint. For online orders you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and many shops deliver to Foxpost, Packeta, GLS or MPL parcel lockers. At builders' yards (tüzép) and building-supply stores, ask for a quote on larger orders and check the delivery fee. For sand, cement or bricks, agree where the load can be dropped off.
