It's a bare bones place with two people at computers. I Am 72 years old and the journey took me 55 minutes. I collected my purchase goods and asked if I could use the toilet and was refused. I said please let me use the toilet - I was again refused - and told I should find a cafe somewhere. There were no other customers in the shop. You could not get more unfriendly. The goods and the price we're ok, but for online purchae they tricked you by only publishing the price without tax. Only when you check out do they add it on.

I've bought a new PSU on this website. But what I received is an obviously opened item with a broken seal. It has been repackaged clumsily. I have asked for a refund, but they claimed it was a new PSU and that they do not sell used or previously opened items. The PSU must have magically torn the seal and repackaged itself. Now they have just stopped answering.

they sold me an OEM HDD without marking that fact in any way. i have paid twice the price for a 2-years warranty. they might be the FIRST. but they are definitely the WORST!

A nice little shop for computers and other technical related stuff. Usually they order the product you wish to buy. It's one of the cheapest places where you can buy compy stuff. They are helpful and friendly. Easy and free parking in the nearby streets but it has its own parking lot too.
