Jó szívvel ajánlom Mindenkinek a helyet! Az oktatók nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek, felkészültek. Az órák nagyon változatosak. Korábban sokat fájt a derekam, ez a pilatesnek köszönhetően teljesen megszűnt, mindemellett még nagyon jó alakformáló hatása is van.

A Flow Reformer Pilates a legjobb mozgásforma fiataloknak és idősebbeknek is egyaránt - meggyőződtem róla! Én sok problémával küzdök, de a stúdióban, heti 2 alkalommal végzett torna nagyon sok erőt ad a mindennapok megéléséhez. Ehhez hozzájárul a nagyon jól felszerelt stúdió, valamint Dóri, Kata , Fanni tudása, segítőkészsége, bíztatása. Jó szívvel és meggyőződéssel ajánlom a stúdiót.
