Zárt kosár- és focipálya, ahol akár kisebb gyerekekkel is nyugodtan, biztonságosan lehetne játszani, azonban a szomszéd lépcsőházakban lakók, valamilyen rejtélyes oknál fogva, úgy gondolják, hogy ez egy kutyafuttató. A játszótérre kutyát sem lehetne behozni, de ők póráz nélkül hagyják randalírozni a nagytestű kutyákat is. Innen kb. 150 méterre van a kutyafuttató, de odáig lusták elmenni, inkább a gyerekek játszóhelyét veszik el.
