Bad communication, Garbage scammy reception. I bought a session through the black friday offer and got a bonus one . I had to reschedule and I did it to the next day. Then when I came and I was DONE with the treatment, she tells me I need to pay again in full and I lost the offer. I told her nobody told me this, not through email or phone. She kept pressuring me into paying and I said no. then she said I agreed to this in the first paper I signed, so I checked the paper and it never said this, it said that I should pay a fee not the full price again. I told her and she said okay pay the fee its 500 HUF. I asked her again, its 500HUF only right? She said yes. Then she charged 5000HUF and didnt even show me the screen so I cant see how much she is charging and I only found out later. Bad service and irresponsible. I booked an appointment between 15:00-15:30, telling me to wait for 5min and they have meeting until 15:20. When they finish their meeting, they were getting popsicles and kept on chatting, no one came to check on me. And when I went in their meeting room also everyone ignored me and kept their conversation going. What kind of service provider is this? If you have meetings - don’t take appointments and waste others time, that’s common sense. —————— Here is my response regarding your dishonest reply. For the owner of the clinic: confronting your mistake is nothing shameful. What you are writing here, trying to cover up and make me take the blame, is ridiculous. It only tells your staff that it’s okay for them to treat customers this way in the future. 1. Beautiful and elegant clinic with super kind staff members 🩷 It's always such a relaxing experience to visit them. I've started going to EverDerm last year for laser treatments. The results have been amazing, I'm very satisfied with the results 😊🩷 Even after 4 treatments, I've noticed a significant reduction in hair growth. I definitely recommend them for anyone who would like a wonderful quality experience 🩷✨

The professional greeted me with a warm welcome, and she was highly polite and professional. She was smiling and pleasant all the time, and she made me feel so comfortable and reassured. She gave me all the information I needed. I very much respect the meticulous work, the pleasant scent, the beautiful decorations, the relaxing music, the comfortable couches, and the high attention to the cleanliness of the place. I also admire how it took a very short time to finish the one-session treatment. I hope I can come again.
