There are two ladies, one is very kind and smiling but unfortunately, I had the displeasure of the other, who is typical Hungarian unkind/dissatisfied approach. You feel like they are doing you a favour for something which by the way is quite pricy service compared to other places. No change I will come back. I would recommend to find another place that appreciates clients.

It is for me the best tailor in Budapest. Bernadett is sooo lovely speaks perfect English. In general all of them are so lovely and so professional. My dress was perfect thanks to them!

I bought them my vintage evening gown that was an XL in size with lots of hand works. But I wear a XS or S. they really surprised me with the outcome. It’s was a difficult job obviously to make a huge size difference in the dress. But the dress after I received, it was flawless. It fitted like butter and one of the most precious evening dresses I own. Thanks to the team to work on it with such dedication. They speak English very well too. I will really like to appreciate the lady who sits in the front for her confidence and assurance. The first day I bought the dress to her, she was very confident that the team could take good care of it. And they did! If she wasn’t that confident that day, maybe I would have walked out. She is a very communicative and confident person who is ready to tell customers what to expect. I really really loved her professionalism and words of confidence. ❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕
