I actually did not find any problem with this place. Some things seem more overpriced then in other petstores but they got pretty good quality things and a wide selection of literally anythin u could think of for any pet.

It’s a big place where you can find anything you’re looking for, and the prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly and will help you find what you need. They also speak good English.

It was unbelievable how rude your elderly employee was. It was very clear that she doesn’t like animals or foreigners. After harshly warning my dog, who was simply standing next to the counter and sniffing around, she asked how I would be paying. I said I would pay by card. She then replied that they only accept cash, sighed and grumbled, and walked away. When I asked the young employee, she provided no explanation at all. I have paid by card before, and I know very well that they do not operate on a cash-only basis. She simply did not want to deal with it or didn’t feel like doing her job, there is no other explanation. Your staff are extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t want to be treated poorly by an employee. It’s clear that your staff need proper training. Seeing similar reviews didn’t surprise me at all, and it’s disappointing that nothing has changed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. My friends and I visited to buy treats for our pets and were browsing both the cat and dog sections. We came across a bucket filled with various items, and out of curiosity, I reached in to check what they were. A middle-aged female staff member approached and, without any explanation in English, gestured for us not to touch them. We immediately apologized, as we didn’t know, and moved on to look at dog treats. While checking the ingredients, my friend used Google Translate to understand the labels, since knowing what we are feeding our pets is important. That’s when a male staff member, Kristoff (if I’m not mistaken), approached us in an extremely rude manner, saying, “Don’t take pictures.” My friend tried to explain and show that he was simply using Google Translate, but the staff member refused to listen and just repeated, “I saw it. No pictures.” He showed no interest in understanding the situation or even offering assistance in translating the ingredients. I also did not notice any signs indicating “No Pictures”, also there are many pictures taken in Fressnapf and even posted on google. I really don’t get the reason why no
