Agnès is the best trainer you'll ever have! She is very super nice and professional 🤩Thanks to her, my health and diet are way better compared to when I started in 2023. She provides personal and group trainings for females only based on your needs! I would always recommend her classes for anyone who wants to exercise and have fun 😉

Ági a legjobb edző! 3 évvel ezelőtt a legjobb döntést hoztam, mikor elkezdtem hozzá járni kora reggelente. Ő adta vissza a sport iránti lelkesedésemet és szeretetemet :) Az edzések nagyon jól felépítettek egyéni igényekre szabottan, legyen ez egyéni vagy páros/csoportos óra. A bónusz pedig, hogy sikerült a gyakorlataival olyan sérülést rehabilitálni, amivel majdnem 10 éven át küzdöttem intenzíven, gyógytornákra és egyéb fizikoterápiás kezelésekre járva sikertelenül. Ági az egészséges életmód világába is bevezetett, aminek a tartása régebben soha nem ment. Itt akaraterőt, motivációt és nagyon jó ötleteket szereztem/szerzek mindig, hogy tovább tudjak haladni a sikeres úton. Örök hálám! :)

Ágihoz járok több mint egy éve, heti kétszer rendszeresen. Szuper kedves, motiváló, mindig mosolyog, rendkívül türelmes, még a kiscsoportos órákon is odafigyel külön-külön mindenkire. Ráadásul nemrég újították fel nagyon szépen a belső tereket is.

Ágnes Bernadett a legkedvesebb és legprofibb edző. Türelmes, segítőkész, bátorít - és személyében is nagyon szeretetreméltó. Mindenkinek csak ajánlom őt, módszerét. Ha mód lesz rá, későbbiekben is szeretnék vele dolgozni! Nekem nagyon sokat segített !
