Thoroughly enjoyed this 1956 uprising tour with Argi . He is very knowledgable, personable and made the tour a pleasure. This period is something we are especially interested in and everyone in our party learned so much more than we already knew about this important period. We would highly recommend this tour and Argi for your time in Budapest.

At first sight, I was skeptical of having a very young person leading our tour. However,a it only took an instance for Argi to start speaking for his congenial personality to shine through the very cold and windy morning. As we started wandering around Buda and the old towne, we started to have a very enriching conversation extending above and beyond a mere reverberating of facts. He called in our origins and started weaving historical facts, artistic views, educating and exchanging data and facts that were brought forth to his attention. A walk around town with Argi is an experience that I recommend to any person that wants a higher level exchange of knowledge. We will now cherish our memories of Budapest even closer to our hearts.

What a fabulous tour....though our guide, Argi was addressing a difficult time in Hungarian history. Our group of 4 learned a great deal about the Hungarian revolution while viewing the lovely sites of Budapests. We saw memorials both to the World War 2 that were controversial in view of the fall of the communist society that created them. Argi was charming and knowledgeable and also interested in learning about us and our lives and interests. We also got to ride an old tram. Thank you Argi.

Miklos was a wonderful guide in Budapest. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, organized, and effective in helping us to uncover the heart of the city in it’s art, buildings, monuments, and history. He is passionate about Hungary, it’s people, struggles, and culture. He listens intently to questions, responds with insight, and has a great sense of humor. We could not have asked for a better guide and friend as we explored Budapest.
