Today I visited this cycle repair shop to fix a damaged tube. I politely asked if the price could be slightly reduced. Instead of answering normally, one of the staff members started shouting at me, behaved very rudely, and told me to leave the shop. Another staff member later said that they get annoyed when customers ask to reduce the price and that they “don’t have to deal with this with Hungarians.” Hearing this was shocking and deeply disrespectful. Asking about price politely is completely normal. Shouting at a customer and treating them this way is unacceptable and unprofessional. I never expected such behavior from a place with good ratings. I honestly believe that if I were Hungarian, I would not have been treated this way. They clearly do not understand how to treat people with basic respect. I am sharing this so others especially foreign customers are aware and cautious before visiting.
