I entered the shop at 1pm on Saturday (officially open until 2pm). The butcher’s counter was already empty, with no one behind it. After waiting a while—and calling out loudly—someone finally appeared and, rather reluctantly, asked what I wanted. A second butcher then came over and said his shift ended at 2pm, so he had to start cleaning earlier. The shop closes whenever he decides, he added. I didn’t feel they were happy to serve me. The place is also more expensive than other shops nearby. It seems the surcharge includes a side of attitude. They were rude, and I was foolish to pay for it.

Marhalábszárat vagy nyakat kerestem, de nem volt. Mondtam, hogy pörköltnek valót keresek. Az úr azt mondta, felsál van, ő is azt szokott pörköltnek vinni. Szökőévente egyszer főzök marhapörköltet, így gyanútlanul elfogadtam az amúgy szép, tiszta húst. 3500! Ft volt kilója. 2 órája fő a kuktában, de olyan rágós, mintha szárítva lenne. Azóta utánaolvastam. Felsálból nem szoktak pörköltet fôzni. 7000 Ft egy tönkretett családi ebédért. Elég hamar sikerült egy lelkes új vevőt elveszteniük. Többet itt nem vásárolok.

Köszönöm, hogy elrontották a karácsonyi menüt! Az előrendelt máj rossz volt. Nyitás után mentem érte, de még nem érkezett meg. Mondták hogy 1-2 óra múlva menjek vissza és majd a többit is akkor kérjem (amit nem lehetett előrendelni). Mire visszaértem a hal már elfogyott teljesen, pedig reggel még volt. Nem vásárolok Önöknél többet. Boldog Karácsonyt!
