A nyár egyetlen vacsiestjén volt szerencsénk résztvenni és határozottan imádtuk!😍 A fogások és az italok mennyeiek voltak! Közben Szabina és Fanni számos izgalmas eljárásról mesélt, mellette pedig a hangulat is remek volt. Az este folyamán tényleg sikerült olyanokat kóstolnunk, amiket a hétköznapok során nem. Nem gondoltam, hogy egy vaj olyan finom tud lenni, hogy szinte nem tudom feldolgozni az ízt, amit érzek!😳 Ja és persze a kovászos kenyér a legjobb volt, amit valaha ettem! Igazából egyesével mindent felsorolhatnék, mert minden is ízlett. Nagyon örülünk, hogy elmentünk és ez tényleg nem csak egy vacsi, hanem egy élmény és kedvcsináló ahhoz, hogy otthon is belekezdj. Máskor is szívesen megyünk!🤩

Fermentált ízek és élmények vacsoraesten vettünk részt a Gasztroteremben, ami valóban igazi élmény volt! Minden étel hozzá illő itallal párosítva kerültek elénk. Szabina és Fanni minden fogás és ital előtt meséltek az elkészítés folyamatáról is. Nagyon edukatívan, érthetően meséltek fermentációról, kovászolásról, ízpárosításokról. Akinek újdonság a fermentáció nagyon jó betekintés ebbe a világba, akinek pedig már ismerős a téma nagyon jó inspiráció lehet illetve hogyan lehet ezt akár a hétköznapokban könnyen beépiteni. Szerintem ez az est ár-érték arányban is kiemelkedő.

4 éve kovászolok, ez is Szabinának köszönhetem, mert már akkor segítette a tanulni vágyókat online tanfolyamok keretében. Most fermentált italokat készítettünk a workshopon, ami ugyanúgy elvarázsolt. Fanni szakmai profizmusával, kedves és nyitott személyiségével segített elméletben és gyakorlatban is megérteni a kombucha, gyömbérkovász és vízikefír készítésének és gondozásának izgalmas folyamatait. Azóta már elkészült a saját italom. Hálás vagyok Nektek❣️

Fermentált koktél-esten voltunk. Ízletes, színes harapnivalókkal tarkított, alkoholos és egy-két mentes, ám fermentált italokból készített koktélokat kóstolhattunk. Az “íz-orgia” zárásaként kézi készítésű töltött csoki bonbonnal zártuk az estét.

We had our Team Dinner here! The place was very Cozy and we had Fermented food theme for the night hence all the foods was made from Fermentation. The taste of both the drinks and food was top notch! Personally liked the Kombucha! ❤️
