Forget the overpriced tourist traps over by the Basilica. If you want the absolute best authentic Italian gelato in Budapest, come straight here instead. The prices are surprisingly cheap, but the quality is unmatched. The owner, Vittorio, is super friendly and serves real, incredibly creamy gelato with massive portions. Every flavor tastes fresh and authentic rather than like artificial syrups. It is tucked away on Visegrádi utca, but it is 100% worth the short walk. My absolute favorite spot in the city.

This is probably the best Gelato place I’ve been to. Me and my husband ordered punch, Lemon and Raspberry in cup, pistachio and coffee in cone. Wow, the portion and the price and location? No complain. When we finished we just had to order more! The strawberry is just amazing, and the coffee is on spot !! We saw the owner was delivering milk and ingredient with little scooter, it’s truly Italian vibe 😆 Just go, they have everything you need

Fantastic gelato - fresh, creamy, and full of real flavor. The staff are super friendly and the place has a great vibe. Definitely one of the best gelato spots in the city. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Almost up there with Al Settimo Gelo! 2550 huf for 4 scoops 2 cones in this economy!!! Crazy good value!!! Raspberry and Strawberry sorbet like. Had a bit of whipped air but nothing crazy!!! Will be back again!

This was easily the best gelato I had in Budapest. The flavours were well balanced and everything tasted fresh, which really made it stand out compared to other places I tried. It also felt authentic, with clear attention to detail in the gelato. The owner is originally from Italy. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
