A lehető legrosszabb, lehúzósabb biztosító. Senki ne kössön náluk kötelezőt.

This is the worst health insurance I have ever bought. My insurance in one of the expensive ones, and since it got started (5 months ago!!!) I couldn’t receive a single lab test, also they deny an ultrasound that their doctor recommended. Here are 2 schemes that they use: 1) they make an appointment to a certain test, and when you come to the medical center, they tell you that Generali “didn’t send the letter” that they will pay for it. And you have to pay the fee for refusing to go through with it! You call Generali right away. They say: “we didn’t mean to send the letter, who told you that?” (They did) Or “We don’t know, please call us back in 2 business days” 2) doctor makes a suggestion to go to a lab test, Generali replies “we have to think about it, we will call you back” Weeks pass, no call, you call them yourself, and they tell you the same things: “we don’t know, it’s complicated” or “my supervisor is away”, or “the system is not functioning well today”. Either way, you will not get a single lab test or ultrasound from them, they will do everything in their power to NOT let you get the help you need!
