A világ végéről jöttem ide, hogy még nyitvatartási időben ideérjek egy speciális tonicért, erre 15:13-kor már zárva tábla kint, ajtó bezárva, kilincs nem nyílik (15:30 a zárás a tábla, a webshop és a Google szerint is). Mikor múltkor itt jártam akkor is egy full flegma srác volt a pultban, látványosan nem tetszett neki, hogy nem nyomkodhatja tovább a telefonját a pult mögött, de végül negyed óra várakozás után csak kihozta amit kerestem, így úgy voltam vele, hogy azt elengedem, de ez nettó pofátlanság. Ha hamarabb haza akarnak húzni, akkor ne legyen eddig kiírva a nyitvatartás. Mindenki kerülje a helyet, ha máshol is be lehet szerezni azt, amit épp keres.

We’ve shopped here multiple times, but unfortunately, the service has consistently been rather unfriendly. Now I compared the prices with other suppliers and was surprised to find that they are significantly higher than those of their competitors. I wouldn’t even mind the higher prices if the customer service was friendly and attentive — but sadly, that’s not the case here. A disappointing experience overall :(
