Once the insurance company confirmed the windscreen replacement, Mark at Glassmax did a terrific job in helping me to schedule the appointment. On arrival at their easy to find workshop, the work commenced and the job was done well within the allocated 2 hours. A short test drive followed to calibrate the necessary settings. Overall it was an extremely professional, efficient and courteous experience. Thank you very much!

I am a Finnish resident and during my holiday in Hungary with my partner, our car windshield was broken. The very next day, Mark from Glass Max reached out to me and was extremely helpful in every step of the process. It was for a BMW X7, and upon my request, they managed to source an original bmw logo windshield. The team came to our location and replaced it within about 2 hours. I would like to sincerely thank the entire Glass Max team for their excellent service!

Outstanding service — highly recommend! We recently used GlassMax for a windshield replacement and couldn't be happier with the experience. We had a hairline crack on our front windshield which, unfortunately, couldn’t be repaired, so a full replacement was necessary. Our British car insurance works with GlassMax, and I can confidently say the positive reviews I had read beforehand were absolutely accurate! Our car is quite rare here in Hungary, so the windshield wasn’t in stock, and with the Easter holidays, there was a short wait of about a week — completely understandable. The team was professional and communicative throughout the process. They even coordinated with our insurance to arrange for the replacement to be done at our home, as we didn’t feel safe driving all the way to Budapest. Overall, an incredibly professional and reliable company. The quality of their work and customer service truly exceeded our expectations.
