Not great at any level. You can buy decent calorie sources, but don't expect it to be good. Especially considering how much it costs.

The place is ok, clean, staff are mostly friendly, food is mediocre and expensive for the quality. If you expect canteen food, this is ok, but do not expect healthy food. They use salt, sugar and oil excessively…, lots of fried food, steamed ones are terrible. Veggie options are sparse. Some food - usually simple ones which could be a good option - are only available in a menu with a horrible soup. Yep, soups are not good. 50% disappointed on what I eat here and occasionally I can't eat it at all. They run the cafe on the ground floor too and they do not care to have alternative milks (oat, rice, soy) what is very common here. They only offer lactose-free milk. Veggie sweets: a big no, sure they have one bar just to tick the box that they offer something. They do not even try to be better. Update / answering to owner: you might offer alternative milks in other places but within the Promenade Gardens building there is only one cafe what does only have regular and lactose-free milk. I was asking/proposing the staff several times to keep other alternatives but the not so kind answer was always no, without even considering it. The price / value ratio has been decreasing for a while but recently it has really dropped to extremely low levels. Almost anyplace nearby is a better option.

horrible service, the staff is incredibly rude for no reason, and the food is mediocre in quality but still overpriced. I'd advise anyone to go over to Advance Kantin on the opposite corner of the street, far superior!
