There is one lady (Mariann) in that shop who has a really short and bad temper that if you ask to print your paper she will be mad first. I don’t think it is the best attitude to work in a store like this where customer service is necessary. The manager should replace her or this store would have all the bad reviews (which apparently have so many).

UPDATE: Since the time I wrote my review I have had to go three more times to this store. I always speak Hungarian (at my level) and I haven't been treated like the first time. They are still short on patience dealing with customers but at least not rude. I'm raising my review from 1 to 3 stars. ORIGINAL: I went to Árkád Go Print yesterday to print 1 image and 1 pdf. My Hungarian is pretty rudimentary (only one year in the country) but I can explain basic things like "one copy of the image, 5 copies of the pdf, both sides". The girl who served me was incredibly rude, so far as to make a comment about foreigners that I UNDERSTOOD! First, if you don't like working with people, then get a different job. Second, you are in a mall in a highly touristic city, get used to people speaking more languages than the local one. Third, I didn't ask in English or asked for something complicated, I made an effort to use the local language that I'm learning. I really hope she gets at least a reprimand and learns a new lesson. It's demeaning for everyone, but mostly for her as it shows a very low level of education and principles.

idk if the owner changed or sth, but I didn’t encounter any conditions mentioned in the one star reviews. And only 400ft for 4A colorful prints (5pages)

They charge 300 huf for sending an email, which is ridiculous. Staff was kinda polite , but their prices feel like a robbery.

Disrespectful, rood and very unprofessional staff. They don’t have basic computer skills and when you want to help to solve the problem they get very angry and get offended. Would not recommend them at all, avoid!!!
