I printed about 8 standard A4 black-and-white pages for 1,300 HUF the most I have ever paid for such prints. The service felt cold and unfriendly, with a tone that suggested I was being done a favor.

One of the most incompetent employees around Budapest I have ever seen. Took over 20 minutes for a simple photocopy on an empty shop. Took over 15 minutes for a simple photo printout. The senior employee is teaching the junior employee on the spot how to print a simple photo, on a time rush.

I asked the women in English to scan couple documents. She didn’t understand English but she has done it in wrong way and now when I came home I see that she has done other documents very bad . But even there she did scan in wrong way and told me to pay , I asked her to do in another way, she was talking in Hungarian to me and told that I will pay twice of her mistake . I have paid a lot of money almost two thousand forints for scan 7 papers , can you imagine ??? The worst place on earth and the line after me was so long and angry of me , but this is not my guilt . Strongly I recommend avoid this place

Definitely not recommend that place. I wanted to make engraving on a gift, asked it in English, and heard just No-no-no-no. On my question “why?” Lady just said “no” not very politely and turned away. If you speak international language – better go to West End trade center – there is a much much better service.
