Am writing this review, to warn the female agency in this company not to call us again, she keep asking us to remove the truth review we put, you know yourself. If it really matter to your company, then you people should be more professional and the company should employ honest person not a liar of the lady that called herself agency, you even have the mind to call my partner and cook another lies, whereas I have contacted the owner directly.. you lied the owner want to renovate for 10million, and difficult to get the owner and more lies upon lies, firstly you people are discriminating who and who not to give a property to, base on nationality, thats not enough you will ask people to come and waste there time and energy when they knows they won't rent it out for you. And she can lie, lies upon lies, no integrity whatever in her. Don't ever call us again. Good bye

In December 2019, I gave this agency 300k ft to secure an apartment in Ujpalota. We agreed to bringing the remaining money on the 31st of January 2020. We finally received the loan from the bank and called Gold house on the 30th of January 2020 but they told us that the apartment was already sold to a different buyer that paid more. We did not receive our deposit back. The agent also refused to pick our calls or respond to text messages. We called the manager and laid our complaints but nothing was done until date. I do not recommend this agency to anyone. They are always after the money! Please avoid them and save yourself the stress i passed through. If possible I give them -100 feedback.
