ÁTVERÉSEM SZOMORÚ TÖRTÉNETE, AVAGY KERÜLJÉTEK EZT A HELYET! Szeretném leírni a történetem. 2022. januárjában a férjem bevitte két gyűrűmet szűkítésre, az egyik ebből az eljegyzési gyűrűm volt. Amikor visszakaptuk az ékszereket, láttuk hogy az eljegyzési gyűrű kövének a foglalata máshogy formájú, mint a beadás előtt, amire rá is kérdezett utána a férjem az üzletben, ahol azt mondták, hogy a szűkítéshez ki kellett venni a követ, hogy az nehogy sérüljön. Nem értünk az ékszerekhez, úgyhogy elfogadtuk a magyarázatot, emlékszem, még poénkodtunk is a férjemmel, hogy remélhetőleg nem cserélték ki a követ. Több, mint két évvel később, 2024. augusztusában be szerettem volna adni egy másik ékszerészhez tisztításra a gyűrűt, ahol azt kérdezték tőlem: „Ugye tudod, hogy ez a kő nem gyémánt, hanem cirkónia?” Nem hittem a fülemnek, mondtam, hogy lehetetlen, tanúsítvánnyal rendelkező kőről beszélünk, majd műszerrel is bemérték, ami szintén azt mutatta, hogy ez nem gyémánt. Pár pillanat múlva beugrott a szűkítés története, ezt el is meséltem az előttem álló ékszerésznek, aki felvilágosított, hogy szűkítéshez nincs szükség a kő kivételére. Ezután felvettem a kapcsolatot az Orient Gold ékszerüzlettel,
