Többszörös egyoldalú szerződésszegés, határidők be nem tartása. Reklamációra nem reagálnak. Kárigényt hat (!) különböző (!!!) indokkal utasították el (köztük 2 hivatalos szakvéleményt). PBT meghallgatàson felkészületlenül vettek részt, jogi képviselő összeomlott és sírva kiszaladt. Per folyamatban.

Ez év elején a cserépkályhám felrobbant. Bejelentettem a Groupama biztosítónak. Bálint Róbert volt a kárszakértőnek nevezett egyén. Nem jött ki helyszíni szemlére az általam beküldött fotók alapján a messzi távlatból megállapította nem lehetséges,hogy felrobbant,mert egyszer-kétszer begyújtottam. De mivel mindenhol ömlött belőle a füst nem tudtam tovább használni. infrapanellel fűtöttem.Fellebbezés után mégiscsak ki kellett szállnia. De addig csűrte csavarta mondandóját, hogy lényegégen ugyanaz került a jegyzőkönyvbe mint előtte. Így állva bosszút amiért ki kellett jönnie. Ezenfelül Bálint Róbert kár szakbarbár amikor megjelent látszott rajta ,sugárzott róla meg van sértődve amiért kiküldték. Fellépése arrogáns ,lenéző ,nagyképű volt. Ezek után megkaptam a Groupama biztosítótól az ítéletet. Miszerint ezek a károk a használatból erednek. MI VAN NORMÁLIS ????? Ez az eset ami igazolja, hogy mindegy mi történt mit mondok, ha nem akarnak fizetni akkor nem is fizetnek. Gyalázat ami a biztosítóknál folyik. Ezért fizetjük tartjuk őket. Én befejeztem a biztosítókkal összerakom azt a 80-100 ezer forintot amit odafizetnék nekik és, ha baj van abból megcsináltatom. Egyszerűen kidobott pénz bi

Not the whole company but the online customer center is a shame. Every time if you would like to contact them have to fill an online form with redundant data. I mean it is okay first time but while you try to solve the same issue I would prefer to write email to a direct address. But unfortunetaly it was not possible when I asked that in my third request form. In the answer the agent asked a document upload by the same, inconvenience online form mode again. I will never choose this insurance company for anything. 2 stars beacuse at the end they solved the issue.
