Dr. Balassa Katalinnál jártunk, miután máshonnan elküldtek, egy sürgős esettel. Előre féltünk, ismerve mindenhol a helyzetet... Nagyon kedves volt és türelmes. Kisfiam első fogászati kezelése volt. Pozitív csalódás!

Telefonaltam, egybol fogadtak,bar tul baratsagosak se telefonba, se szemelyesen nem voltak. Ket eves a kisfiam, egy altalanos kerdesemre se kaptam normalis valaszt. Letort a foga sarka. Ok nem foglalkoznak ilyennel, ambar maganban megoldhato megis 🤨

Sajnos kislányom 2 napja fájlalja a fogát. Időpontért hívtam őket, de az a lekezelő stílus nem ilyen munkahelyre való. Soha nem megyek oda, megoldottam az ellátást máshogy!😕😕☹️☹️

Kétszer voltunk itt, az első alkalom nagyon pozitív élmény volt, a második már sajnos kevésbé. Amikor beérkeztünk akkor még semmi extrát nem tapasztaltam, aztán mikor már a fiam az ölemben ült a fogorvosi széken, akkor lettem figyelmes rá, hogy a doktornő nagyon köhög. Ennek ellenére próbáltam jóhiszemű maradni, biztosan kijövőben van a betegségből, annak ellenére, hogy látszott, hogy nem így van. Egyáltalán nem bántam volna, ha átteszik az időpontot máskorra, megoldottuk volna. A mai napon lett volna a legelső napja a suliban, helyette itthon fekszik, bő 40 fokos lázzal és sír, hogy ő nem mehetett be. Azt nem feszegetem, hogy ez mennyire volt etikus, mert nem engedik ki a véleményem - ez már egy átírt verzió. Rettentően fel vagyok háborodva. Azt már csak mellékesen jegyzem meg, hogy míg a múltkor a férjemmel normálisan beszéltek, addig velem néha úgy, mintha a hátsó felükből rántottak volna ki, az asszisztens konkrétan egy "anyuka tegye hátra a fejét" címszóval, szó szerint neki vágta a fejemet a szék fejtámlájának.

két éves kisfiam elesett reggel , mivel délelőtt nem javult az állapota fájt a foga haza küldték bölcsiből. Hívtam a rendelőt a "kedves" asszisztens elfelejtette hogy nem tette le a telefont végig hallgattam hogy beszélnek rólam minden Ok nélkül !. Ma be megyek és Megbeszéljük mégis hogy képzeli hogy a hátam mögött gúnyol?! (soha nem találkoztunk velük) szégyen !!! Alpári rosszindulatú asszisztens elképesztő hogy ilyenek gyerekkel foglalkoznak senkinek sem ajánlom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
