Sajnos nagyon negatív tapasztalatom volt. Az időmet egyáltalán nem tisztelték: a megbeszélt kezelésről telefonos értesítés nélkül, mindössze fél órával az időpont előtt kaptam lemondást emailben. Ez számomra elfogadhatatlan hozzáállás, különösen egy szolgáltató részéről, ahol az ügyfél ideje és tervezése kiemelten fontos lenne. Ennél sokkal korrektebb kommunikációt és tiszteletet vártam volna.
