I would not recommend booking here if you are looking for a dependable service. I booked a haircut around 2–3 months ago, only to have my appointment cancelled at the last minute without being offered an alternative. After waiting a week and eventually contacting the owner myself through instagram , I finally managed to get another appointment. Unfortunately, the exact same thing has now happened again. I booked and prepaid for a simple 10-minute consultation yesterday ( which on the website they recommend before booking the actual procedure you want ) , and once again my appointment was cancelled at the last minute with no alternative time offered. If the salon makes certain appointment times available to book online and requires customers to pay in advance then those appointments should be respected . If there is an issue with the booking system allowing unsuitable times, the salon should fix it rather than repeatedly inconveniencing paying customers. At the very least, when the salon cancels, an alternative appointment should be offered immediately. After experiencing this twice, I simply cannot consider this a reliable place to book. I had a very very good experience with Evelin, she’s so professional and she knows what she does, she saved my hair, I wanted to do a balayage, but she noticed that my hair is damaged already, she done a test in a very small part of my hair and then we could figure out that my hair is very damaged and we can’t do a balayage at the moment, she proposed to do a treatment which was so good and then we can do another treatment to see if we can do a balayage later, she asked a lot of questions before doing anything, so comfortable, and very professional. I really like the experience and I suggest Evelin for any treatment or change ❤️

Evelin saved my hair! I’ve had my hair done many times before, but this was by far my best experience. She refreshed my blonde while keeping my hair healthy and also listened to what I wanted. I could tell she really cared about my expectations but also knew what she was doing and had a lot of expertise. She managed to fix a line of bleached hair from my own highlighting attempt. Also cut my hair well and didn't cut too much which is also very important to me:) I highly recommend Evelin and the whole salon.
