Wonderful selection of cakes and baked savories. Kind serving lady let us get a taster selection of items to take away and didn't complain about getting just one of each item. We also sat in and had delicious home made cakes. We plan to visit again before we leave.

We ordered a birthday cake, but we tried one slice before we decided which one to order and it was super delicious, it was freshly made before we picked it up.

This is really a bit of a Time Machine, step through the door and enter the Hungary of 1970, the decor is just such a great retro due to it being original, the cakes are like the should be, no round jelly blobs, but the traditional esterhazy, dobos, gesztenye szelet etc etc, all done as they should, here is a real old style Cukrasz crafting his cakes on an impeccable manner, nothing too heavy, but just done great, definitely worth a visit, especially if you want to experience how a traditional cake should taste
